This one-hour “back to basics” webinar will explain the evolution and current best practices to gauge issue priority. After a brief introduction to confirm “why” it makes sense to set priorities, Crane will follow with a description of Issue Category levels and their appropriate resource allocation. Next, listeners will learn “how” to consider issues in three ways:
After assigning issues to a category level, Crane will look at appropriate transition steps to prepare for Issue Action, including insertion of an escalation ramp into your issue management process. You will conclude this session with a good understanding of whether to advise leadership, partnership, monitoring or inaction on any given issue.
