Non-Members - US$945.00 - includes six-month membership

Sessions will begin at 9:00 am on Wednesday, 18 July, following registration and continental breakfast which will be served at 8:00 am.  Forum will conclude at 12:00 pm on Thursday, 19 July.  Registration includes luncheon and continental breakfast on both days.

In the event that your plans change:
Cancellations will be subject to a US$50 processing fee.  Refunds are not available after 2 July 2018 and "no shows" will be held accountable for costs incurred on their behalf.
